Soil remediation and spill clean-up

Soil remediation and spill clean-up is a specialized branch of environmental remediation that deals with removing pollutants from the soil — petroleum products, oil, chemicals, heavy metals.

Soil remediation and spill clean-up is a specialized branch of environmental remediation that deals with removing pollutants from the soil — petroleum products, oil, chemicals, heavy metals, pesticides. Methods range from physical removal to biological breakdown.

Our team uses bioremediation — the biological breakdown of pollutants with specific bacterial strains and enzymes. For petroleum hydrocarbons we use EzoCarbon, which breaks down aromatic and aliphatic molecules at molecular level.

We work with accredited laboratories to quantify contamination before and after treatment, which is mandatory for reporting to the Environmental Protection Inspectorate. We issue full documentation accepted in all institutional procedures.

A complete approach
for your facility

The complete package — biological products, a team certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, 50001 and ADR, full documentation.

Soil bioremediation (ex-situ and in-situ)

Biological breakdown of pollutants directly on site (in-situ) or at a controlled location (ex-situ). Strains specific to the type of contamination.

Spill clean-up (spill response)

Emergency response after incidents — fuel, chemicals, oil. Absorbent booms, granulates, bio-treatment.

Brownfield remediation

Long-term remediation projects on former industrial sites — petrol stations, factories, depots. Quantification + treatment + verification.

Quantification and laboratory analysis

Working with accredited laboratories — sampling before and after treatment, identification of pollutants, monitoring of the breakdown.

Questions
we are asked most often

How long does full remediation take?
It depends on the extent and type of contamination. Smaller cases (a petrol station) — 3–6 months. Large brownfield sites — 1–3 years. Monitoring until full rehabilitation.
What is the difference between in-situ and ex-situ bioremediation?
In-situ — treatment directly in the ground, without excavation. Ex-situ — excavating the contaminated soil and treating it at a controlled location. In-situ is cheaper but slower, ex-situ faster but more expensive.
Do you issue reports for the Ministry of Environment?
Yes. All our projects come with full documentation accepted by the Environmental Protection Agency and the Ministry. We work with accredited laboratories.
What does it cost?
It depends on the extent, the depth of contamination and the type of pollutant. For rapid interventions — call-out by arrangement. For large brownfield projects — an individual quote after assessment.
