Our specialist comes to the site, inspects the tank, takes a sample of the contents and identifies the type of contaminants. Based on that, we choose the right products, equipment and safety procedures.
We prepare a safety plan (LOTO — Lockout/Tagout, work procedures, atmosphere testing) and schedule the work around your operations — night shifts, weekends or planned shutdowns.
Any remaining contents are diverted or pumped into a transport vehicle. The interior is ventilated and explosive gas and oxygen levels are measured before entry. Everything in line with safety regulations.
The interior is rinsed with pressurized water, then biological products are applied to break down biofilm, sludge and organic deposits. For tougher cases we use a combined approach — chemical + mechanical.
After cleaning — visual inspection, a control sample and, where needed, microbiological or chemical analysis. We issue a full report: before-and-after photo documentation, samples, waste disposal certificates.
